LaserJet Customers,
hp.com is experiencing Windows 10 download issues with some software bundles for LaserJet printers- If you do not find the software bundle for your printer under the Windows 10 download option for your product- check to see if there is a Windows 8.1 software download for your product and use that download instead.
To check and see if your product is support in Windows 10, check this compatibiity matrix.
Thank you.

I'm a bit confused by the conflicting information in:
- http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04658195 - the document "HP Printers - HP Printers That Work with Windows 10" referred to by your "compatibility matrix" link.
- http://h20565.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docLocale=en_US&docId=emr_na-c04675396 - document "HP LaserJet - Driver and software support for Windows 10"
The two documents don't appear to provide the same advice, especially for older devices; for example, for the LaserJet 1320 printer:
- First document indicates "Not supported".
- Second document indicates "Recommended solution = Windows update"; "Other Windows 10 solutions = UPD".
Which is correct?
[Note that I've only looked at one or two printers - there are hundreds listed in each document, and I don't have the time to go through them all to attempt to reconcile differences.

Thank you for your respone to my Laserjet driver post and Windows 10. The preferred way to receive the software for your product is to refer to the product page and locate the software using the dropdown menu.
For the Windows 10 drivers, please locate your product using the compatiblity matix, your product page, or the detect my product button . Any of these method will help you detemine which driver to use. If you need additional help, please feel free to post a question on the forum boards or reach out to via one of our other support channels (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
In response to you specific question regarding the LaserJet 1320 printer, this printer is supported by either the In-OS/Windows Update driver or the UPD driver in Windows 10.
My expertise is in LaserJet printers and I would be happy to help you find a specific driver or solve a specific issue however I do not maintain these documents. If there is a document question, I can direct it to the appropriate team.
If you have further questions, please feel free to private message me.
Thank you,

My expertise is also with LaserJet devices - I used to write bespoke drivers (PCL5 and PCL XL) for such devices.

Please do so - I was merely trying to point out that HP has produced two documents which appear to offer different advice about some devices; for example:
