Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

LaserJet Pro 400 M401n unable to print test page with Windows 11.

New HP PC, Z2 series.

I am able to print certain documents from Microsoft Word and Excel or plain text.

However, I cannot print certain documents from other programs like Bartender.

Some documents are ok to print with Bartender and some are not.

Not even able to print a test page from windows printer setting.

I tried to update Windows, it is up to date.

With optional update, I found HP Printer (BIDI) is not updated.

Any idea?
