HP LaserJet Pro 4002dw Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have brand new LaserJet Pro 4002dw with disabled shutdown. On random periods it enters in forever sleep mode. Sometimes it happens after 30 mins, another times after 1h and so on. It's completely random. None of the buttons near the screen nor print jobs are able to wake it up. It displays that the sleep mode is active and nothing else happens. Every time I have to do a hard reset from the power button. It is with the latest firmware update. I have tried factory reset but it didn't help.
Any suggestions how to fix it?
It looks like firmware defect because when I set it to shut down after a period ot time I'm able to wake it up with the buttons near the screen or with a print job when it is in sleep mode.

It's WiFi connected. The WiFi light is on and I can even access the Embedded Web Server but nothing wakes it up.
