Product: laserjet pro M15a
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I am trying to install a new LaserJet Pro M15a on my imac that works on osx 10.13.6 (high sierra). I am using the software installed by the HP Smart app.

It does not start printing even though pc shows message that it's printing

Laser Jet Pro M 15 a refuses to start printing on mac os Catalina 10.15.7

Same problem. Osx high sierra. Looks like there is no options. Nothing works. Nobody can help. But on the box it says that this printer works with mac osx high sierra.
