With the latest firmware update, I can no longer use my ink cartridges because they do not have the HP chip.  Unfortunately, I am retired and cannot afford the $1100 for ink cartridges.   My printer is set to "Cartridge Protection" is NOT enabled, and "Authorized HP Cartridge" is NOT enabled.  While I understand that if I use "non-HP" products, HP cannot ensure print quality.  That is a condition I accept.  I volunteer for a very small non-profit and donate my time and printing.

I restored the printer to "All Factory Defaults".  I did a hard reset.  With all of this, I am still unable to print.   I can afford $120 for a complete set of non-HP ink cartridges, but there is no way I can afford an 817% increase in cost.    I have 2 complete sets of donated cartridges that will not work.  My research indicates that if I roll back to the old firmware, my printer will work.  Can someone supply the old firmware or supply a website to get the firmware?  Again, I understand HP does not recommend rolling back firmware.  But, I cannot afford the increase cost and I accept the print quality.
