Product: LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdn

We just bought a LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdn and while the printer runs fine, if you need to go into printer preferences to change it from duplexing, or paper size, it takes upwards of a minute to take the change. This is plugged via USB into a Lenovo 11th Gen Intel with 16gb ram and is only 6 months old. It is running windows 10, and did not have this issue with the M479 that preceded this new printer. Does anyone else seen this problem or found a better option like connecting via Network?

We have the same issue and I've logged a call with HP.  They said that there is a known COPY and SCAN TO NETWORK FOLDER issue with the printer that technical support are aware of.  I suspect it's a driver issue of some description, but at the moment I cannot COPY or SCAN TO FOLDER from the printer any document that has been loaded into the ADF.

The functionality is simply  not working.
