Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281dw - Firmware update 202010.  My printer was working perfectly fine BEFORE an automatic firmware update.  It now gives me "Supply Problem", a few seconds later I get "79 Service Error", followed a continuous cycle of shutting down, rebooting with the same lame messages.  Already tried the "pull the power cord while printer is on" and restarting.  Same result as always.  Question: How do I go back to the previous firmware version?

Gee... a little research and it looks like the firmware update 20201021 may be related to HP forcing everyone to specifically use HP toner cartridges.  Considering I had absolutely no problems with the cartridges I was using and am NOW forced to use HP branded cartridges months AFTER purchasing the LaserJet printer.  Had this been indicated at the time of purchase, I may have considered other options, such as Canon.

If you are having these problems, are you all using non-OEM cartridges?  If so, this could be HP forcing everyone to use their only their toner cartridges.
