I cannot install laserjet 100 color MFP M175nw Win10 Driver Install Error. I have read through this community and found that other models of HP printer encounter similar problem. I tried to follow those posts but no luck of success.
My computer : Lenovo notebook
Windows 10 Home verison 2004 OS build 19041.450
Before installation, I have disabled startup application, modify msconfig and delete old file in temp folder or program files folder
I download HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.4 to guide me download the full application of driver. However, the error message occurred is,
"A problem occurred while preparing to install software to your system. Please restart your computer, and run this installer again. If the problem persists, please check the product support web site for your products."
Actually, when I plug the usb to the computer, it can recognise the printer but no installation of driver, I cannot have application to scan document (previously I have successfully install HP Scan).
I try to download HP printer app in Microsoft App store (HP Smart), it also cannot launch the scan software to scan.
Anyone can help?
Many thanks!
