Product: Laserjet M506
Laserjet Enterprise M506 purchased 2017 never been able to sign in as administrator, password unknown, need to reset. Already tried resetting to factory settings at printer, but still cannot access administrator settings

You need to perform either a partial clean or a cold reset from the Pre-boot Administrator menu. If you refer to the firmware readme file for this printer on support.hp.com it tells explains how to get into the preboot menu.
