Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I print a 2 page document (viewed on Chrome, but using windows dialog to print), duplex, flip on long, I get exactly what I'd expect.

 

But when I print a 3 page document, the 1st page prints correctly, the 2nd page prints correctly (on the opposite side of the first page, because I'm duplexing) but the 3rd page prints upside down (I'm using some pre-printed forms).  This is how it happens if I print from Tray2

 

But if I print from Tray1, all pages print correctly.

 

Head scratcher...

 

Any advice is appreciated.
