Laserjet P3005 Printer

I work for a large, well known IT company and have been given a HP Laserjet P3005.  I'm looking to wipe it to factory default as part of a process.  I have tried the Factory Reset option via the touchscreen on the device itself but no joy; for example, it retains the IP address.  I have attached a laptop on the same subnet but cannot access the GUI via the URL, on the same subnet and using HTTP & HTTPS.

Assistance would be lovely please.

Turn the printer ON, when the memory count starts press and gold Green button on the printer,  release the button when all control panel lights are ON. Scroll down to Cold reset and confirm with the green button.

Thank you for reply but this does not work.  I run through the procedure and it appears to go smoothly and successfully but some settings are still retained; e.g. the IP address.

Use the same steps, this time instead of green press and hold arrow facing down, scroll to NVRAM and confirm with the green button.

Thanks again but this also does not work.  I have been liaising with HP and this is their only solution.  If you hold the down arrow key it halts the boot process but doesn't allow more options such as 'skip load disk' or 'nvram init'.  It simply resumes the boot process once any other button is pressed; e.g. menu, up arrow, back arrow, etc....

Have tried the relevant option here:
