Product: LaserJet M28W

Hello,

 

I had lost the admin password of my LaserJet MFP M28W so i am not able to change the wifi settings.

I have access using Wifi Direct and USB, but i cannot change any setting.

How could i change the admin password ?

hi,

i read that Hp support has the solution but give it only in private message on this forum. There are a lot of post about that.

I do not understand why the solution is not public, and why there is not an easier way to troubleshoot the problem.
