Product: HP LaserJet Pro 400 Printer M401dne

I have just added a new printer cartridge - the screen is requesting an 'email address' - so it won't work. How do i provide an email address to the printer ??

 

I have it a few years - never requested an email ?

 

Kindly help and advise

The printer screen is asking you for an address after toner replacement? Never heard about that. Can you take a photo of that message and post here?
