Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 3 of these Printers. One works fine. The other 2 have stopped printing auto duplex. Even though I have it selected and installed for that same as the other that works. I have only 2 hooked up at the moment. Fresh install on everything. Have installed latest full drivers and Firmware on the non duplexing one. It is Ethernet Connected. HAve tried with
USB as well, same result. Help!

Hi,

Are you sure about the printer model?

The M402n does not support Automatic duplex printing but only manual..

Other models of the series, as the M402dn model supports a such, not the M402n model:

Well **bleep**! I have one dn and 2 n's. I never noticed. I swear I had 2 of them auto duplexing before I switched the setup around. So its got the wrong driver installed and is trying to do the auto duplexing and can't. That's why the second sheet is garbled and mirror image?
