I have a Laserjet Pro M404dn when you turn it on you get a 0XDD000F08 ERROR_CODE SX KERNEL_EXEC error on the screen and no buttons work.  Cannot get the error message to clear from the screen.   Any suggestions on a fix??

You could try to force a firmware update. Download the firmware update utility and using a program like 7Zip, open the downloaded file and extract the .ful2 file and copy it to a USB stick. Power off the printer and disconnect any usb or network connections. You have two different models listed so not sure which is correct. If your printer has a USB port on the front hear the keyboard, insert the usb with the .FUL2 file on it and power up the printer and wait. It should recognize that there is firmware on that usb stick and install it.
