Hi Sandy - I have the same issue on my HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw printer.  Upgraded to the latest firmware (firmcode 20220414) and screen always reverts to "Resend Upgrade" within a few seconds.  Sometimes, I'm able to scan but can never print.  I downgraded the firmware, but nothing changes in regard to functionality and the "Resend Upgrade" message.

Performed procedure which reset everything.  I re-connected printer to wifi and turned pro services back on.  Ultimately came back to "Resend Upgrade" message.
