Product: Laserjet Pro P1102w
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Just got a new MacBook and attempting to hook up the printer. Error message: "This Volume does not meet the requirements for this update." I am unable to install driver and, therefore, any printer utility. Any ideas? Thanks!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Please follow below version of HP Easy Start, as soon as it launches open the top HP Easy Scan menu and select Uninstall HP Software.

Follow the steps on screen and then click on Set Up New Device and follow the steps to reinstall the printer:
