HP M102W
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have just performed a firmware update to my M102w LaserJet Pro, according to the progress bar on the update application, the update completed, with a yellow smiley face at the end, however the printer no longer functions, the green attention light and the wifi lights are permanently illuminated. My PC no longer recognises it when the USB lead is connected, my router does not recognise the device on wifi either. Even I've try on a MacBook but it is the same. How do I recover from this ?

Hi,

Please connect the printer to your PC with a USB, right-click the Start icon and select Device Manager.

May you see the printer listed within the Printers or Other Devices category in any way? or may you see any change once unplugging the USB?

After connecting the printer to my PC, it sounds like a device is getting connected as usual, but there isn't anything new on Printers or Other Devices. After unplugging the USB there isn't any change.
