Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I have a touchscreen HP Laserjet Pro 400 (M401dw) that was set up by a previous coworker who is no longer with us. As far as we are aware they never recorded the password they used to set up these printers. Since it was locked with a password, we have no way to reset the printer- the only thing I've seen besides accessing factory reset via the service menu is to hold right and cancel, which doesn't work. I imagine that applies only to the non-touchscreen models.

 

Is there any way to reset it since I don't have access to the service menu?
