Product: HP Laserjet pro 9010

I have a relatively new printer. The printer control panel has a settings icon, I press it and it asks for a user name and password. I have never set one up.

Secondly, I tried the Web interface on my Windows Desktop and find a similiar issue, it says to access settings I need to contact my administrator.

What is going on?  I never had any of these problems with my last HP printer.
