Laserjet pro 400 m401

when we print, Every time No paper pickup alert comes and then press [Ok] to print for every sheet.

This happens to all three printer in out network.

is there any solution for this problem.

The "No Paper Pickup" alert on your HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401 can be quite frustrating, especially when it occurs across multiple printers in your network. Here are several steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue.

 

Check Paper Supply:

  • Ensure that the paper tray is loaded correctly and that the paper guides are adjusted to the correct size.
  • Use high-quality, compatible paper and avoid paper that is damp, wrinkled, or curled.

Inspect the Paper Pickup Roller:

  • The pickup rollers may be worn or dirty. Remove the paper tray and inspect the rollers.
  • Clean the rollers with a lint-free cloth dampened with water or isopropyl alcohol. If they are worn out, consider replacing them.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure that all printers have the latest firmware installed. You can check the HP website for any available updates.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a minute, and then plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes clear temporary issues.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Go into the printer settings on the computer and ensure that the correct printer is set as the default.
  • Verify that there are no conflicting settings that could affect paper pickup.

Printer Network Configuration:

  • Ensure that all printers are correctly configured on the network. If they are connected via USB, check the cables and connections.

Replace the Paper Pickup Roller Assembly:

  • If the issue persists after cleaning, you might need to replace the entire paper pickup roller assembly. This is a common fix for recurring pickup issues.

Run Printer Diagnostics:
