Product: officejer 4620

Theres a message that says “load paper into the input tray and then press ok” ive loaded paper onto the tray and im unable to press the ok button. it just makes this sound everytime i press it. how do i fix this?

I would suggest you follow the steps from the document HP Officejet 4620 All-in-One Does Not Pick Up Paper to resolve the issue.

 

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates.
