We are trying to figure out how to print out a secured print job that's stored on the printer. We can see the job on the printer log but there doesn't seem to be a way to located the job and print it out by entering the pin that was assigned to it.

HI @MROBERTS1,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To print a secured print job stored on your HP printer, follow these steps:
Steps to Print a Secured Print Job:
Access the Printer Control Panel:
- Go to the printer’s home screen and look for the Jobs or Stored Jobs section.
Navigate to Secure Print:
- Select the option for Secure Print or Stored Jobs.
Locate Your Job:
- You should see a list of stored print jobs. Select the job you want to print.
Enter the PIN:
- When prompted, enter the PIN associated with the print job. This is typically the PIN you assigned when sending the print job.
Print the Job:
- Once the PIN is accepted, follow any additional prompts to print the document.
If You Can't Find the Print Job:
Check Printer Documentation: Refer to your printer's manual for specific instructions on accessing stored or secured print jobs, as the steps may vary by model.
Update Printer Firmware: Ensure your printer firmware is up to date, as outdated firmware can affect functionality.
Use HP Smart App: If available, the HP Smart app may provide additional options for managing print jobs.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

On this generation there should be a blue print icon on the screen. Touch that and you will have options for stored jobs. Touch that and it will show users with stored jobs. If you do not see the print icon on any of the control panel screens the icon has been hidden by whomever configured the printer and you will need to log into the embedded web server and go to control panel customization and drag that icon from the hidden section on the right to the left side which shows visible icons.
