I bought an HP Officejet 8720 second hand, upon setting up my second hand printer I accidently set up a user name and password. I don't remember it and I can seem to make any changes on my printer. I can't even change the date and time. I remember I was able to make changes on the HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 Embedded Web Server I signed out a week later I couldn't access it and I don't remember the username or password. Please advise.

Printer still hasnt been able to be unlocked even with partial or semi-full reset by any chance is there another way to completely reset the printer?

Hello Treeko unfortunately that doesn't help my current issue. My issue has to do with I accidentally setup an administrative password and can't actually use the printer to its fullest. Can't make any actual changes administratively until I can reset the printer some how. I have done partial and semi-full resets and it hasn't worked. I would even consider if I could do a full reset or hardware reset somehow. But I can't seem to find that option in the settings. Please advise if possible.
