HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e All-in-One Printer

I have a LOCKED HP Officejet Pro 9010e.  I recently moved from Czech Republic to Germany and this downtime may have caused this issue (?).

At RESET option the Printer asks for eMAIL + PASSWORD; neither of which I have that happen to match what the printer may have stored.  Is a complete RESET necessary (?), if so, how can I make this happen without the aforementioned eMail + Password?  I am running MacOS 13.3

PLEASE HELP ASAP.

Hi @TheGreatGatsby

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Officejet Pro 9010e is currently locked and not responding, there are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue.

  • Check the printer's display for any error messages or status lights that may indicate the issue.
  • Restart the printer by turning it off and unplugging it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on again.
  • Check the printer's network connection if it is connected to a network. Ensure that the network settings are correct and that the printer is connected to the correct network.
  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for the printer. You can download and install these updates from the HP website.
  • If none of the above steps work, try performing a factory reset on the printer. The process for this may vary depending on the model, so refer to the user manual for instructions.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
