HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer

We have a printer from HP. Using the printer's touchscreen to try and change the network connection, we are getting this message "This feature was locked by the person who set the printer up". How do we unlock the printer settings? Cannot access many of the settings and am trying to change from one wireless network to another.

You may need to reset the printer to factory settings. The reset instructions are printer specific and cannot be shared in public.
