Locked out by admin

I'm locked out of my printer. Can't access any settings to change routers. I've watched the video about accessing keychain. no help. I've read all the support solutions I can find. No help. I've run out of ideas to fix this on my own.. The same dialog comes up when I select any network settings option. It says I'm locked out by my admin.  I'm my own administrator for a home personal computer/printer network. I really don't need NSA level security protection.
