Bonjour

Je souhaite installer le logiciel complet pour la HP OFFICE JET PRO 9019 ( et pas HP Smart) mais l'installation ne va pas à son terme, j'ai le message d'erreur suivant:

L'appel de Driver Package Install a renvoyé l'erreur 32 pour le module 'C:\Program Files\HP\HP Office Jet pro 9010series\DriverStore\YetiV4\hphygid29_v4.inf': un composant du module de pilotes contenue dans le magasin de pilotesDIFx est verrouillé par une unité d'exécution ou un processus

Hello

I want to install on a PC running Windows 10, the complete software for the HP OFFICE JET PRO 9019 (and not HP Smart) but the installation is not completed, I have the following error message:

Calling Driver Package Install returned error 32 for module 'C: \ Program Files \ HP \ HP Office Jet pro 9010series \ Driver Store \ YetiV4 \ hphygid29_v4.inf': a component of the driver module contained in the DIFx driver store is locked by a thread or process

What is the solution ?
