Product: Officejet Pro 8025

I have tried several times to install Easy Start on a Windows 10 PC, and each time I prompted to log in, I do so, with the correct credentials, and that login always fails.

 

After that the Easy Start installation appears to be proceeding (I can see it taking resources in Task Manager), but nothing happens.  I let it run for almost 4-hours, and it still says it is installing.

 

I have seen people say they had to sign up for HP Ink, and it worked after that, but I never see that prompt.

 

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
