Is this a windows login problem?  User profile is normally handled during windows login and have nothing to do with printers.

You posted in the windows printer setup forum.  Can you log into the printer?  The printer should have a PIN for the password

The location of the PIN on an HP printer can vary depending on the model. Here are some common places to look:

1. On a sticker: Many HP printers have a sticker on the back, bottom, or inside the cartridge access area with the PIN and other default credentials.
2. On the printer display: If your printer has a display, you can find the PIN under the wireless settings or WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) settings.
3. If no display: Press the wireless button and the information button at the same time for 3+ seconds to get a printout with the PIN
4. In the user manual: The PIN is often listed in the printer's user manual or documentation that came with the device

If admin (Admin) and 12345678 or the above PIN do not allow login, then get a network status printout or ask Microsoft's Copilot

On many printers it is possible to change the PIN or password.  If it was changed then you can reset the printer if you forgot the password.
