Product: HP Pagewide Pro 477dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to reset the login password (added by myself during installation but since then lost.....) on my HP Pagewide Pro 477dw. I have tried to do a factory reset from the printer display but that apparently does not remove the login password. Can anyone help provide guidance on how to removed the password? The printer sits in my office, and I can connect a PC directly to any of the ports in the back (if that's requried). Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you :generic:
