Hi, I would like to verify is LogMein your partner in doing remote assistance in any of your products? I am worried righ now because my laptop might be hacked. The virtual assistant remotely accessed my laptop to install a wireless printing. Please help.

Hi, Valsimot!

 

Thank you for  your reply. They pretended they are from HP and they remotely used my laptop. They asked for my personal details such as name and contact numbers.

 

I am getting scared now. Thanks for your reply again.
