HP Recommended

I have had two HP laserjets: the first one (1018) lasted 7 years; my current model (p1102w) has lasted 10 years and 100,000 pages. 

 

I have my eye on the LaserJet Tank 2504dw. I am wondering if the tank printers that HP makes can last as long as the laserjets. Does anyone know anything about how long HP's tank printers can be expected to last, or how many pages they can print, compared to HP laserjets? If it has the HP name, I think it is fair to say that it can be expected to last a while, but I'm wondering if people who have owned tank printers have had reliability issues with them.
