Hi @ERP2,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are looking for the drivers for the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e for the Windows 7 operating system.

1. You can use the HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 series driver, which offers basic print and scan functionality and is known to work with Windows 7 systems in many cases.

Please visit the following HP link and manually select Windows 7 (64-bit) as your operating system:
🔗 HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support

Once the page refreshes for Windows 7, you should be able to download a basic driver or the HP Universal Print Driver, which can help restore printing capabilities.

2. Add Printer Manually:

  • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Add a Printer.
  • Choose "The printer that I want isn't listed".
  • Select "Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings".
  • Choose "HP" on the left and try using a similar model, like HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 or HP DeskJet 9800, as a generic driver.

3. Use Basic Print Functionality via USB:

  • Connect the printer via USB.
  • Let Windows attempt to install a basic driver automatically.
  • This may allow basic printing, though scanning and advanced features may not work.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
