Hi,

I’m looking for IPP-capable printers in Vietnam, but most product listings don’t show detailed specifications. My question is: how can I tell if a printer supports IPP?

I’m currently checking this model hp-smart-tank-215

Also, do you have any suggested printers that support IPP? Any recommendations would be very helpful!

Thanks!

Hi @trin_tran,

  • Most of the HP wireless printers has IPP protocol enabled.
  • But today, HP printers are widely used in office or home regularly using a Wifi connection.
  • Where are you going to use your printer ? 😇

And checking on specifications for Smart Tank 215, that printer has IPP support.

Thanks for your quick response.

I’m developing a macOS application that prints via IPP and am currently looking for an IPP-compatible printer for testing purposes.

Could you please send me the link to where I can view your screenshot? I need to check the printer model/serial details before making a purchase.

Thanks!
