Hi HP Community,

We’re currently managing an enterprise print environment using HP Universal Print Driver (PCL 6 v7.x) on Windows Server 2022 and Windows 11 clients.
We need to configure default paper size (A4 / metric) across multiple printer queues, and for that we’d like to use HP Driver Configuration Utility (DCU), which is part of the HP Printer Administrator Resource Kit (PARK).

Unfortunately, we cannot find a verified HP download source for PARK v1.9.2 (or later) on the HP Support site.
We’ve also tried to open a business support case, but it’s currently impossible to access our HP account or create a case — the login and company portal repeatedly fail.

Could you please provide a direct link or confirm where the latest official version of HP PARK / DCU can be safely downloaded?

We specifically need the DCU version that supports HP UPD PCL 6 v7.x drivers, since older builds (e.g. v1.0.0.3) cannot apply configuration files correctly.

Thanks in advance for your help and for keeping these administrative tools available for enterprise environments.

Best regards,
Dean Novak
