I am running an application that will only use universal PCL6 version 6.9 or older print driver and am unable to find it anywhere on HP's website.... I would prefer to try both 6.8.0 and 6.9.0. Ty.

Versions Available for Download

You can download the required versions from HP's official website. Here are the details for UPD versions 6.8.0 and 6.9.0:

UPD Version 6.8.0:

UPD Version 6.9.0:

Enhancements in Version 6.9.0

Version 6.9.0 includes several enhancements:

  • Modified Scaling Options.
  • Expanded Watermark position options.
  • Enhanced support for banner printing.

Supported Operating Systems

The drivers can be installed on:

  • Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit and 64-bit)
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2019 and other versions.

For more detailed installation instructions and supported printers, refer to the HP Universal Print Driver Release Notes.
