Hola! Necesito de su ayuda, anteriormente podía utilizar mi impresora con los controladores de HP, pero realizaron una actualización que no reconoce el modelo de mi equipo.

La impresora que uso es HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2374 All-in-One Printe, 

y mi Mac es M1 con el sistema de sonoma,  descargue HP SMART pero no reconoce mi equipo 

Desgraciadamente mi equipo solo se puede instalar mediante USB, me gustaría sabr si es posible tener los Controladores anteriores de la impresora ya que esos si eran compatibles con mi equipo.

😓Ayuda!!! 

 

Por favor,  alguien que pueda pasarme la liga de los drivers anteriores de este equipo. 😭

1. Connect your printer with USB cable

- Conecta el cable USB

2. Try to install the next software for your printer:

- Prueba a instalar el siguiente controlador

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip

 

* Click YES   to say thank you,
