Product: HP DeskJet 2630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a brand new printer HP DeskJet 2630. I am having trouble with EWS system; I do not know the User Name and the Password. 

 

When I entered the EWS system for the first time, I tried to change the password. Althouhg straigh after, I keep seeing this window asking for User Name and Password.

Welcome to HP support community.

 

Restore the network settings on the printer to restore and setup new EWS password.

  • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for three seconds.
