Hey,

 

i lost my admin password of the printer, so I wanted to factory reset my printer. But as I was googleing and searching through the forum, it is obviously the best keep secret ever. So, Support, Please send me a DM with the top secret instructions on how to reset the printer.

I understand how frustrating it can be to lose your admin password and face a roadblock when trying to reset your printer.

 

Sure, let me share the steps in a private message, as these steps would brick if tried on any other printer model.

 

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.
