Product: HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One Printer

Hi,

I can't find the admin password for the Embedded Web Server (EWS). I tried "admin"/"admin" and other combinations but it seems someone set a password long ago and it does not reset even with a factory reset (semi-full reset) I already did. Is there another way to reset the password, please?
