Are you talking about the claim code for HP Eprint? If so, simply turn off Web Services on the printer from the control panel and then turn Web serivces back on and it should spit the code out. If not, if you are connected to the printer via network you can go into the embedded web server and view the claim code there in the "Web Services" section.
