Lost username and password need to reset admin login for HP Deskjet 3755 All-in-One

I am unable to access setting in the EWS for my HP Deskjet 3755 All-In-One because i remember the admin username and password.  I tried a reset and a network setting re

I would like to help

Please reset the Network settings back to default

Press and Hold the Cancel Button and Wireless Button for 5 seconds to reset the printer network settings

Try accessing the EWS Page again

If the issue persists please contact HP Support in your region for assistance

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

This resets the networks settings but the EWS login remains.
