I have a number of issues with my HP Color Laser 150 printer, which seems to be resisting all efforts to print.
I have tried to connect to HP Smart on my iPad Pro. It asks me to select “HP-Setup…” from the WiFi list. This is not something that appears in my WiFi list. Instead I have Direct-70-HP Laser 150nw. However, this asks for a password which I do not have - the default 12345678 does not work, and my printer doesn’t print (see below) so I can’t print the actual password.
I’ve tried to connect the printer to my laptop via USB. Having made it the default printer etc, I’ve tried to print a document. It says it is out of paper. There is paper in the printer, put in as per the instructions.
The printer is flashing a little ! Light. I’ve opened every part of it to see if some paper has wormed its way inside and got stuck, despite the printer never having printed. There is no obvious reason why the light is flashing. I’ve rebooted the printer. It doesn’t help.
I need help, please! At the moment I have an incredibly frustrating machine which seems to be failing at every stage. The bot can’t help. I’ve tried to access actual support and it says this product is no longer supported by HP.
