HP LaserJet M110we Printer

I enrolled in the free 6-month trial of the Instant Ink service and subsequently cancelled it. I was informed that I would have to purchase a regular non-Instant Ink cartridge, which I have done.
HP's system won't allow my printer to print despite re-setting the printer, un-installing and re-installing apps as directed by HP support. 
I did manage to get a WhatsApp chat with an agent whom was also unable to resolve the issue befor their shift eneded an hour later.
The printer physicall works as it occasionally spits out a status report telling me "Printer setup incomplete" and to visit a webpage that doesn't exist!

Honestly.

 

I solved the problem by returning the printer to the shop I bought it from, and ordered a Brother printer instead.

 

Now I’m left with a toner cartridge I can’t use…
