M127fn

Hello,

Can you help me please because for a few days my printer M127fn does not want to print when the font is different from consolas.
I have already transformed my file into PDF but it does not work; on the other hand if I print an image it works. And I also tested the scan and it works too.

I have already reinstated the pilot but I still have the problem.

Thx

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

If you're on Windows Operating System, try these steps:

Let's try to do a root uninstall and reinstall of the software:

Unplug any USB cable, if any, before doing this.

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features

2.) Select your HP Printer

3.) Select Uninstall

4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers

5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'

6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s")

8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab

9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom

10.) Select Ok

11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows

12.) Close Devices and Printers

13.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo

14.) Type c:/programdata and click Ok. Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.

15.) Restart the computer.

Once done, please download and install the software from here:

What type of file you are trying to print? Does this happen only with a specific file or all the files?

Hello Asmita6658,

It is on most files except for images.

Try using the built-in drivers for printing: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01796879

Are you able to print a test page from the Computer? Are you able to print from a web browser?

Hello,

I redid the installation and before jumping, the installation assistant asks to print a page and it works but after when I click on the property of the printer and print a test page, nothing comes out. On the printer icon it shows me 0 documents.
And it's the same on the browser.

Let's create a local account and install the drivers on that and try printing: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4026923/windows-10-create-a-local-user-or-administrator-acc...
