Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My printer updated the firmware yesterday and the screen says "Supply Problem". After much research I have found many people have the same issue. The suggestion is to downgrade firmware. I tried this 11 times following the instructions to enable downgrade etc. and it will not accept the downgraded firmware. It re-boots in the middle of the firmware downgrade. I have tried this via USB connection and WIFI. I have removed the cartridges and tried and also tried with them in. I have used these non HP cartridges for over 8 months and had no problems with them. Please help!
