M281CDW Reset Password

Hello,

I have two M281CDW printers in my office and I've tried resetting both but no luck. There was a password placed on both printers by an outsourced IT company and they lost the password. How do I reset these printers so that I can access them now?

I'd like to help!

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
