Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw

yesterday had a chat with a Microsoft support person who said my powering off issue was a firmware issue. He did an update and still having the same issue.

 

 this unit was exchanged by HP for the original unit so not having the best luck. Original unit bought Aug 2020 so have just got (barely) 3 yrs out of two units. Yikes! not the HP way.

 

any other thoughts on fixing this issue?
