Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Having trouble while installing the M404n printer. I connect (wired) to the modem, but when I start searching using the IP address displayed on the printer's LCD, the installer cannot find the printer on the network.

I printed the network Configuration to check if it is connected to the modem
network status (Ready)
Active connection type (wired)
has an IP address
has hostname
has internet
What is bugging is why the installer can't find the printer on the network
pls help me solve this one.
